This problem happens all the time. Everyone has downloaded the wrong file or even used a P2P client to get music, videos or software. I’ve always had to work on computers that have had this problem. So first don’t panic. Your information is still there. And you can still back things up and just reinstall windows. This is the easy way. But most of my clients want to do things the hard way.

The hard way meaning Seek and Destroy the virus. Seek and Destroy is a hard task. Never do this unless you have to. But most of my clients ask for this. So lets just get started.
